2016 SNAPSHOT - CAIRNS
A place of adventure with something to see around every corner.
Going to Cairns was something I’d hoped to do all year but just wasn’t sure how much it would cost and whether I’d have the chance to go. I was so fortunate that cheap flights came up and in a very spontaneous moment I booked and then in a couple of days I was in Cairns.
It was the spontaneity which made this trip feel like an adventure from the get go. My gorgeous friend took me to all the best spots and I couldn’t get over how many treasures were to be found in this vast Queensland city.
Sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone to appreciate the wander and beauty, to feel the adventure and fully emerge ourselves in life’s great possibilities.
